2009 Trend Alert and I have to say it was started by....Madonna
In case no one remembers, I raved to my models last year about how much I LOVED Madonnas outfit in her video 'give it to me'. Sure it was whorishish, slutty, all of Madonna, but she made it work. I LOVED her boots and kept thinking of bringing that to my store this year. Well you'll be seeing the thigh high in my store and every other store and website across the globe this year. xoxo Madonna--I added a video just to show.
